BE MORE Chia Seeds are small (only 2mm energy bombs) which are loaded with nutrients. Chia (Salvia hispanica) comes from South America, where it was already grown in prehistoric times. The Aztecs in Mexico appreciated the plant even so much that annual festivals were dedicated to it. Chia seeds contain 64% of omega-3 and 19% of omega-6 fatty acids, they also contain high amounts of antioxidants, fibres, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, iron, and boron.
