Its soft, smooth texture mixes easily with the tint, stays precisely on the treated area, and helps achieve an even, intense, and radiant colour result. The narrow dispensing opening allows the product to be used precisely and economically, while the closed bottle system helps protect the formula from contamination. Suitable for use around the sensitive eye area. Dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested. RefectoCil Blonde eyebrow tint must be used only with the creamy Oxidant 3% activator.
